The reports that get fixed first are the specific ones. If a calculator gave you a figure you think is wrong, it helps enormously to include the tool's name, the exact figures you entered, the result you expected, and the browser you were using. Please do not send the underlying business details — real client names, account numbers or anything else you would not want in an email — the numbers alone are enough to reproduce almost any fault.

Tool requests are read the same way. A calculator that runs on one page, in the browser, with figures a freelancer or small business genuinely needs has a real chance of being built. Requests that need live market data, bank connections or stored accounts do not fit how this site is built, and we would rather say that plainly than half-build them.
